Hello everyone, My name is Yolanda Lake, I am a certified and published Hair and Makeup artist.
Today, I would love to talk to you about all the reasons why it’s so important to get your hair and makeup professionally done for your special occasions like photoshoots, weddings, or even a night out.
It does not matter what style you prefer – whether it is soft and natural, glamorous, or dramatic – by having it professionally done your make up artist will always make sure that the right products are used with the right techniques to ensure that your make up stays on all day long without feeling uncomfortable or melting away, and I think we can all agree this is key.
But that is not the only reason why you should have a professional do your hair and makeup, there’s another special reason and that is how you feel.
At the end of the day, we’re all busy ladies with jobs, families, and some of us have kids so we always put ourselves for last, that’s just what we do. Are any moms out there nodding along? Girl, trust us, we get it!
Getting pampered by a professional means you’re going to look good, but most important you are going to feel amazing! And that will show in pictures, believe me!
So, don’t be afraid or question yourself on whether or not you should have your makeup and hair professionally done. Just enjoy getting pampered and let it happen, even if it’s just once in a while. We deserve it!
