Boudoir Studio Denver Update

A Little Studio Update (and Why Booking Sooner Is Best)

I wanted to share a transparent update about the studio, because you deserve to always be in the loop.

The building that houses Boudoir Studio Denver is currently for sale, and while my lease is secure through June 2026, anything beyond that date will depend on the new owner. There’s a very real possibility that a future owner would want to keep me on (I mean… amazing clients, respectful use of the space, and a great tenant—who wouldn’t? 😉), but I always prefer to err on the side of caution rather than make assumptions.

What does that mean for you?

If you’ve been dreaming of a boudoir session in my current Cherry Creek space, the safest way to ensure that experience is to book before June. This studio has a very specific vibe—intimate, cozy, and beautifully styled—and I’d hate for anyone to miss out simply because they waited too long.

Will the Studio Be Closing?

Possibly—but not definitively. There is still plenty of uncertainty, and until decisions are finalized, sessions will continue as planned. This is simply a heads-up so you can plan with confidence rather than last-minute stress.

What About a New Space?

If a move does happen, the next studio will ideally be closer to home in Centennial, which is something I’m actually excited about. That said, the details are still to be determined, and I’ll share updates as soon as I know more.

No matter what, one thing won’t change:
The experience, the care, the empowerment, and the quality you expect from a boudoir session with me.

If Cherry Creek has been calling your name, consider this your gentle nudge to book sooner rather than later. I’d love to create something incredible for you in this space while it’s still available.

As always—thank you for trusting me, supporting my business, and showing up for yourselves. 🖤
