Stop Hating Your Image

Stop hating your image, girl. How often do you look at yourself in the mirror when getting ready, and the first thing you do is zero in on those so-called “flaws” that you don’t like about yourself. Why do we do this? Why not look and find those things that make us gorgeous and uniquely us?!

Ms. S did this very nasty habit every morning but after her shoot, she was able to find that boost of confidence to embrace herself as is. Keep reading to find her own words and thoughts on her boudoir session.

stop hating your image

What/who made you decide to book a boudoir experience with EB BOUDOIR?

I wanted to document and celebrate what my body looks like now after years of hard
work on my health and fitness and before I start having kids.

Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?

Yes, I feel like I finally see myself through other people’s eyes, and it was a major boost to my body confidence. Too often I look at myself in the mirror through the lens of my own insecurities and traumas, and this was so freeing and strengthening!

love your image

How did the Denver session make you feel?

Gorgeous, sexy, strong

boudoir black and white

What was your favorite part of the EB Boudoir experience and why?

The posing was super fun for me, because I love using my mind-body connection in lots of different ways!

Anything we could have done to make the Denver Boudoir experience better?

Nope–it was perfect!

If you were to recommend EB BOUDOIR to a friend, what would you say?

I would say to work with Emily on a boudoir shoot, because it will totally change your outlook on yourself and the body you inhabit!

Isn’t this feedback so amazing?! Wouldn’t it be great to stop hating your image when you look at yourself? It’s not yourself that you do this, love. Our Mama’s, Grandmothers, Great Grandmothers, were all programmed the same way. But now, let’s say STOP to hating your image, ok? Love all those pieces that make you, you!
