As you probably know, I am a big advocate that self love is the best kind of love! Booking a boudoir session should never be just for your partner, or to simply have images to post on social. Feel free to post them, however, having these raw, amazing photos of yourself in the nude or in a sexy something should ultimately be for you! Ms. S was a bit nervous to have her first photoshoot with me, and showed up to the EB Boudoir studio not feeling like her best self. But guess what! Once she left, she felt full, beautiful, and was loving herself. Read on to let Ms. S’s session inspire you a little — or in my case, a whole heck of a lot!!
#1 Booking the Session
What or who made you decide to book a boudoir session?
Me! I just had twins and I wanted to get my confidence back!
How did you hear about, and why did you choose, Emily Brault?
A friend of mine had added to me her page, and once I had seen the photos that Emily had taken… I fell in love!
# 2 Session Experience
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a
result of this session?
Yes, definitely! I felt like I was a disgusting blob before the shoot. After I had seen my photos, I fell in love with my mom bod and I wanted to share my photos all over social media!
How did the session make you feel?
What specifically was your favorite part of the experience, and why?
As Emily was taking the photos, she just kept complimenting me and telling me how amazing I was doing. I felt like an actual model!
# 3 Post Session
Anything we could have done to make your experience better?
I honestly don’t think anything needs to change. I can’t wait to do another shoot!
If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?
It is such an amazing experience that it really is worth every penny!
I absolutely had so much fun shooting Ms. S, and it makes my heart glow knowing that she walked away feeling so good about her already beautiful self. Remember, my loves, you do not need to change who you are in order to love yourself! Self love is the best kind of love — and I hope this journey you’re on includes a little bit of TLC for yourself, even for those busy moms out there!
