Morning: Caring for My Little Family
My mornings start early, often with a check-in on my sweet French bulldog, Millie. She’s been battling some health challenges, so I’ve become quite the nurse! From medications to cuddles, she gets the royal treatment. Watching her snuggle back to sleep reminds me why I’ll always go the extra mile for her.
Next, it’s time to get my 10-year-old ready for school. Being a mama to such a bright and curious kiddo is one of the greatest joys of my life. Between packing lunches, reviewing homework, and sharing a few laughs, our mornings are a mix of chaos and love.
Midday: Thriving Boudoir Business
Once the house quiets down, I shift gears to focus on my boudoir photography business. My studio is my happy place—a space where empowerment and artistry come to life. I spend my mornings editing photos, corresponding with clients, and planning upcoming sessions. Helping others see their beauty through my lens fills my heart in ways I can’t fully describe.
When it’s time for a shoot, I dive into creating a warm, welcoming environment for my clients. Whether it’s guiding poses or hyping them up, each session is a celebration of confidence and self-love.
Afternoon: Plant Love and Surrogate Joy
Between studio time, I often find myself tending to my ever-growing collection of plants. I’m a certified plant lover, and each little green friend brings me peace and joy. From misting leaves to repotting, it’s my way of staying grounded amid the busyness.
As a proud surrogate, my journey has been filled with incredible highs and meaningful connections. Being a part of someone’s path to parenthood is an experience that brings me immense gratitude and purpose. Some afternoons are spent at appointments or reflecting on the beauty of this role.
