I’m a lover of fishnets for boudoir shoots. I’m always for them. They’re fun, edgy, and impossibly sexy. Bring on the Fishnets.
I wish I could send a huge thank you to their curator, but they’ve been around since the early 1900s, so obviously, the genius isn’t around anymore. Plus, no one is really sure who invented them. So, whoever you are, thank you.
Bring on the Fishnets
Fishnets are great to add a bit of edge to your shoot if that’s what you’re looking for. They also hit ladies at the smallest part of their waist, helping to create a stunning hourglass effect.
Finally, if you’re anything like me, I’m not a fan of my skin. I’m impossibly pale which also allows you to see all those pretty little veins. Yeah, I’m working on loving them, but the fishnets distract people from them which I love.
Why do you love fishnets? Or if you don’t, what special piece of sexy clothing gives you added confidence in your step? How about a little tank top or a tight little T-shirt? I got you, babe.
The great thing about boudoir is that it doesn’t have to be in lingerie. It could be in a chunky sweater, white bedsheets, or in your birthday suit. So many options.
While we’re stuck inside during this quarantine, what better time for you to think about what pieces would be perfect for your shoot!
Have questions or need guidance? Let me know, babe!
XO,
EB
