Okay, as you all know I always say booking a boudoir session should never be just for your partner. So, let’s talk about The Gift of Boudoir.
These images should be for you to look at and feel amazing about – you in all of your strong, beautiful, and sexy glory! When Ms. M came to me mentioning she wanted to do a boudoir shoot as a gift for her husband, I knew it would be my job to make sure she enjoyed every moment, and that there were tons of photos that she would love as a gift to herself. Once she left, Ms. M was loving herself. Read on to let Ms. M’s session inspire you to do your own shoot just for YOU!
#1 Booking the Session
What/who made you decide to book a boudoir session?
I thought my husband would love it as a gift for Christmas and our first year wedding anniversary. During the session I found this to be a gift of boudoir not only for my husband but also for myself!
How did you hear about and why did you choose Emily Brault?
I came across EB Boudoir through a Google search! I thought her pictures looked tasteful and classy.
#2 Session Experience
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
Not really, I was happy to have a handful of pictures to be proud of and reflect back on.
How did the session make you feel?
Emily was great at making me feel comfortable, confident, and being amazingly helpful with poses.
What specifically was your favorite part of the experience, and why?
The reveal, to see how the images turned out!
#3 Post Session
Anything we could have done to make your experience better?
No, it was perfect for me.
If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?
Pictures are beautiful and classy, she didn’t ask me to do anything to make it uncomfortable. Very at ease. There is no better gift for yourself than the gift of boudoir!
It was such a pleasure to shoot Ms. M, and it makes me oh so happy knowing that she walked away with pictures not only for her husband but for her beautiful self! If you’ve been thinking about doing a boudoir shoot but are worried about what your partner may think, or if you don’t have a partner and think it may be ‘weird’ or ‘silly’ to do a boudoir photoshoot – stop doubting it and let’s just make magic happen!
XO,
EB
